也許應該說不容易找到。

要準備D咩嫁?


-Cream cheese 250g

-Whipping cream100g

-赤藻糖60g

-雞蛋2隻

-抹茶粉25g



就係咁簡單?係呀!就係幾種材料就做到!


點做呢?

-忌廉芝士加糖用電動打拌機打滑

-逐一加入雞蛋打勻

-加入淡忌廉及抹茶粉打滑

呢種清新的綠色誰人都無法抗拒🌱





-倒入6寸焗爐用蛋糕模中

-焗爐200度預熱

-焗爐200度 30-35分鐘


家中每個小角落都充滿香噴噴的抹茶香🍵
