炒飯係香港人由細食到大既習慣

唔食得白飯姐!可以用椰菜花取替!

原來都可以做到一樣咁香口好食😋


What you need 🔽

-浸軟乾瑤柱

-鮮蝦切粒

-菜心切粒

-叉燒粒/金華火腿粒

-蔥粒 薑粒 蒜粒

-生酮蝦粉

-生酮阿脆脆

-椰菜花飯






How to cook ?🔽

-爆香蒜 薑粒

-加入椰菜花飯及蝦粉炒七成熟

-加入叉燒粒及蝦粒略炒

-最後加入蔥粒及脆脆輕炒!完成!
